A car that will not start is not usually a car problem. It is a battery, an earth, a connector that has corroded through, an alternator that stopped putting anything back, or a wire someone joined badly three years ago. None of that needs the vehicle to be dragged to a workshop, and dragging it there is often the most expensive part of the day.

That is why this business is set up the way it is. Thirteen years in the trade, a van with the diagnostic equipment in it, and a service area that covers the Perth metropolitan area. Cars and utes, boats on trailers and boats in the water, caravans on the driveway, trucks in a yard and plant equipment standing on a site.

The method is the same every time. Test before replacing. Explain what was found, in plain language. Give a price before the work starts. Then do the job properly.
